1. Acceptance of Terms - By accessing or using this gallery, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Ownership of Content - All photographs displayed in the gallery are the intellectual property of the photographer. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

3. Usage Rights- Clients may purchase prints or digital copies for personal use only. Commercial use requires explicit written permission from the photographer.

4. Purchasing and Payments- All transactions are processed securely. Prices are subject to change, but orders will be fulfilled at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.

5. Returns and Refunds- Due to the nature of custom photography products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, clients must notify us within 14 days.

6. Privacy Policy - We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during purchases will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Limitations of Liability- The photographer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the gallery or its products.

8. Governing Law- These terms shall be governed by the laws of QLD, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

9. Modifications to Terms- The photographer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
